Day 1 – Depart USA  
Depart the USA on your overnight flight to Europe.

Day 2 - En Route to Kampala
You arrive in Europe early this morning.  Later today you will board your flight to Kampala arriving at Entebe Uganda Airport in the evening. You will be met outside of customs by your safari leader and host who will help you transfer to the Entebe Hotel for your overnight. Overnight at Entebe Hotel bed and breakfast

Day 3 - Kampala -Bwindi
After breakfast at Entebe Hotel you will transfer to airport to fly south-west across the Equator through Savannah grasslands, banana plantations and over herds of Ankole cattle with their incredible long curving horns and over Kigezi highlands, known as the "Switzerland of Africa" with terraced farming and mountain scenery, landing at Kihihi airport in Buhoma region.

We will have lunch in one of the tea hotels before proceeding to our lodge. Overnight and meals at the Engagi Lodge

Day 4 – Bwindi tracking day
Early this morning you will enter the sanctuary at dawn and enjoy the beauty and freshness of the forest, home of the mountain gorillas.

After a short briefing by the guides, you will proceed through dense bush to trek for these endangered animals. Your guide will give detailed information on the plants and the general fauna and flora in this beautiful park.

Other animals found include the black and white colobus monkey, red-tailed monkey, chimpanzee, Elephants and duiker.

Enjoy a packed lunch en route and if time permitting, you will visit the cultural village of the Batwa pygmies  to learn their traditional way of life, like how they make a local brew out of bananas, use of plants for medicinal purposes and watch their traditional dance.Overnight and meals at the Engagi Lodge

Day 5 – Kampala
This morning after breakfast you will fly back to Entebe for lunch then connect to your International flight back home or go other safari
